Kohderyhmä
The training is designed for future professionals in the tourism and service industry, as well as those already working in the field who want to strengthen their skills and enhance their career opportunities. It is ideal for individuals with a customer-oriented mindset, an interest in international working environments and a desire to develop their expertise in the diverse roles of the tourism sector. The applicant must reside in the EU or Schengen area; applications from outside these areas will not be processed.
Koulutuksen tavoite
The objective of the training is to provide participants with strong capabilities to work in customer service roles within the tourism industry in a high-quality and professional manner.
Participants will learn to:
- interact with customers from different cultures and in various situations
- provide memorable and experience-driven service
- operate safely and responsibly in tourism environments
- make use of digital tools and up‑to‑date industry knowledge
The training also aims to improve employability and support participants in progressing on their chosen career paths.

Toteutussuunnitelma
The training will be carried out as contact teaching in Rovaniemi from 11 March 2026 to 31 May 2028 and includes on‑the‑job learning periods.
