Koulutuksen tavoite

Are you interested in entrepreneurship or have you just started a business and want more information about running a business in Finland?

Apply for the workforce training organized by Lapland Education Center REDU, where you will explore entrepreneurship opportunities, develop your own business ideas, and find out if running your own business could be your future.

Toteutussuunnitelma

Course content:

  • Developing business ideas and sustainable business planning
  • Financing, taxation, and legal requirements
  • Risk assessment and documentation
  • Marketing, sales, and financial planning
  • Networking and collaboration opportunities

Target group:

  • Primarily unemployed or at-risk job seekers in the Rovaniemi and Ranua areas
  • Language of instruction: English
  • Applicants must have proficiency in English

During the course, you will gain practical tools, knowledge, and inspiration to plan and develop your business. You don't need to have a ready-made business idea in advance.

The training covers entrepreneurship and the basics of starting a business. Participants will begin creating their own business plans and receive individual guidance. The goal is that by the end of the training, you will have foundational knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. The training is delivered in a group format at REDU Jokiväylä in Rovaniemi. The course duration is 2 weeks (10 days).
